Star for Life - Bellana College, Matugama

This is the fourth SFL Project in Sri Lanka and the second in Western Province.
The initial work has been done during the Feb-June 2016 to select a school in Kalutara district and finally the Bellana College was selected for the project implementation.
The SFL official launch at Bellana College is scheduled to be held on 25th January 2017 with many local and foreign representatives including Sri Lankan government authorities and diplomatic representatives while SFL Kelani College celebrates its third anniversary after the official launch. The Project was started in January 2017 at Bellana National College and the project was closed down by end of December 2023.
This project was the second project funded by the Swedish based multi-national company 'Trelleborg AB' through the SLBV, our primary partner.
