Governing, Administration and Functioning

The Board of Directors is the governing body of the organization and the directors serve in the governance of the organization voluntarily.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is the top-level authority in all administration and operations of the organization and, its projects and programmes.

The Advisory Group provides technical guidance in programme development, and implementation as well as in the process of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) voluntarily.

• Mrs. Shama Maheshwari Thilakarathne – Psychological Counsellor, Former Commissioner – Community Guiding at Sri Lanka Girls Guides, NLP Certified Trainer, Former Assistant Director of Education in Non-Formal Education and Career guidance in Department of Education. 
• Mr. Pabalu Eranga Wijegoonawardane – Musician, Metaphysicist, Accredited and Licensed Hypnotherapist, NLP Certified Trainer.
